Order Cancellation/Refunds
Should you need to cancel your order, you may do so just as long as it is done up to 48 hours of placing the order.
You will be asked to provide your order number, your name and shipment address.
Please note that if you are cancelling your order because of your mistake,changing your mind etc. we will cancel and issue a refund back to your credit card less 10.00 Euro than the actual amount you have paid.
Our current credit card processor is charging us for order/payment cancellation exactly 10.00 Euro per each cancelled order/payment.
You are entitled to a full (100%) refund in case if we do not deliver your order(s) within promised in terms time frame,or if we ship wrong or damaged item(s) and you don't agree with us to send a replacement for your original order.
Once the package(s) is in transit or shipped the process can’t be stopped. In order to cancel the order, please contact our customer support department at payments@tobaccoonline.co.uk
Shipping fees:
3 Cartons (600 cigarettes) -26.99 Euro
1 Carton (200 cigarettes) - 20.95
Rolling and Pipe Tobacco-shipping fees may very depends of the product and extra packaging weight. In most of the cases shipping fee for 1 less than 1 kilo of tobacco = 20.95 Euro
Attention "Remote" Shipping address Customers!
Delivery of Spanish stock /tobacco and cigarettes/ to remote shipping addresses may require additional shipping fee to be paid.
We reserve the right to request additional fee for remote address deliveries, unless you provide us with an alternative “regular" delivery address or change the stock for non Spanish.
Remote address shipping fee procedures apply only to cigarettes and tobacco from Spain.
Attention "NON EU" Shipping address Customers!
Delivery of Spanish stock may require additional shipping fee to be paid / depends of the destination country and weight of the parcel
We reserve the right to request additional fee for non EU address deliveries ,unless you change the stock for a non "Spanish" product /see free shipping items /.
NON EU address shipping fee procedures apply only to cigarettes and tobacco from Spain.
Transport - Delivery - Delivery Schedule Unless the Customer has failed to make payment for any reason, the Products will be delivered to the address indicated within a period of four (4) to twenty one (21) days (only working days taken into account). The delivery time given to the Customer by "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" may vary depending on the country involved. In case delivery is made and nobody is at the indicated address to accept delivery, the carrier shall leave a note indicating that it was unsuccessful in making the delivery and that the Customer should come to recover the Products at a location specified by the carrier. "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" will not, for any reason, be held liable for any deterioration in the Products due to a Customer´s failure to collect the Products in a timely manner.
*Return Policy for products from Spain:
Qualification upon Receipt - No returns - Limited Rights to Reimbursement / Replacement The Customer can only make a claim if the Products delivered do not conform with the type or quantity ordered. The claim must be made in writing to the carrier at the time of delivery. A copy must be sent to "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" (e-mail ) no later than twelve (12) hours after the claim was made. With the claim, the Customer shall supply the carrier´s confirmation of the validity of the Customer´s claim. No returns of Products will be accepted. If the above procedures are respected, and the claim is proven to be valid due to the packaging and the Products being seriously damaged, "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" at their choice will either reimburse the Customer the Price or replace the Products at Tobaccoonline.co.uk expense. If the delivery is not in conformity with the quantity ordered, "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" will reimburse the difference in the price between the Products ordered and those delivered only if those delivered are sold for less than those ordered and paid for. No claim will be accepted with respect to the taste, appearance or freshness of the Products.
*** Note-In case of Customs seizure /rarely/ we may propose:
1) A free reshipment of the product (to a different address)
Or
2) Grant a store credit for the same or other product(s) from a different supplier. (Additional -extra payment for the price difference may apply)
Or
3) 50% cash refund from total purchase (or 50% from the value of seized goods.)
In order to grant the above Customer must send us a scanned copy of Customs seizure notice via e-mail or, fax- 020-79790113 or regular mail within 10 days of the event of seizure.
If the seizure letter is faxed-please provide the order number on the scanned documents.
If you do not agree with the above-please do not proceed with the order(s).
Age Verification
You must be of legal age under the laws of your country in order to purchase tobacco products from this website. By selecting any of the products on this site, you are legally confirming that you are of legal age under the laws of your country in order to purchase tobacco products.
Tobaccoonline.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any sales transaction based on its sole discretion where it reasonably believes the purchaser is purchasing products on behalf of a minor.
Tobaccoonline.co.uk does not sell Tobacco products to minors, bans youth targeting and supports youth smoking prevention.

Tobaccoonline.co.uk will only use your credit card details in order to process your order. Your credit card details are not stored for future purchases. We never give out any information about our customers and their orders.

In order to protect clients, a credit card ID number is requested. The card ID is a 3 or 4 digit security code that is printed on the back of your credit card. Credit Card: We verify the age and address of all purchasers to comply with regulations restricting sale of tobacco products to minors. If your shipping address does not match the address on your credit card, we will require that you send us a valid photo I.D. and a photo of the front and back of your Credit card.

Client information is only used when necessary and in order to process the customer’s order. All information pertaining to client is transferred over Secure Socket Layer connections. We guarantee privacy to all our customers and we assure that no information is made available to any government agencies or additional companies.
