Terms and Conditions
*Shipping Policy - for all products with free of charge delivery:
All packages (cartons purchased) are each shipped separately.
As a result, if more than one package (carton) is ordered, there may be more than one delivery date; packages do not always arrive on the same day, multiple cartons orders are shipped every few Days each and may be received in intervals within our guaranteed delivery time period. Furthermore, each package is carefully packaged and sealed in a specially designed box to ensure that no damage is caused to the product.
*Shipping Time via Air Mail for products posted with free of charge delivery:
Normal shipping time is between 14 to 21 days via Regular Air Mail In some rare cases (especially during the holiday season) cigarettes cartons have been reported to arrive later then 21 days or even after 30 days, therefore in case of undelivered goods refunds or reshipments will be granted only after 40 working days from the original purchase date. No Exceptions.
*Return Policy for all products posted with free shipping:
Customer has 14 Days from the date of receiving the product to return it to us.
In such of case-customer must contact us at: orders@tobaccoonline.co.uk indicating the order number and the reason of returning it.
Only 1 pack of cigarettes may be opened prior the return.

It is the Customer responsibility to check the import rules in the destination country with the local authorities before ordering the Products.
If the Customer does not check the import rules or if knowing any restrictions on the importation of the Products, the Customer places the Order, the Customer will do so under his/her full responsibility and in no case "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" will have any liability nor will be responsible for any additional costs like import duties or the seizure of the Products.
*** Note-In case of Customs seizure we may propose:
1) A free reshipment of the product (to a different address)
Or
2) Grant a store credit for the same or other product(s) from a different supplier. (Additional -extra payment for the price difference may apply)
Or
3) 50% cash refund from total purchase (or 50% from the value of seized goods.)
In order to grant the above Customer must send us a scanned copy of Customs seizure notice via e-mail or, fax- 020-79790113 or regular mail within 10 days of the event of seizure.
If the seizure letter is faxed-please provide the order number on the scanned documents.
If you do not agree with the above-please do not proceed with the order(s).
*Shipping Time and Shipping Cost via Private courier for products from Spain (shipping fee apply):
Shipping time is between 14-21 Days.
Shipping fees:
3 Cartons (600 cigarettes) -19.83 Euro
1 Carton (200 cigarettes) - 15.67
Rolling and Pipe Tobacco-shipping fees may very depends of the product and extra packaging weight.In most of the cases shipping fee for 1 less than 1 kilo of tobacco = 19.83 Euro
Transport - Delivery - Delivery Schedule Unless the Customer has failed to make payment for any reason, the Products will be delivered to the address indicated within a period of four (4) to twenty one (21) days (only working days taken into account). The delivery time given to the Customer by "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" may vary depending on the country involved. In case delivery is made and nobody is at the indicated address to accept delivery, the carrier shall leave a note indicating that it was unsuccessful in making the delivery and that the Customer should come to recover the Products at a location specified by the carrier. "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" will not, for any reason, be held liable for any deterioration in the Products due to a Customer´s failure to collect the Products in a timely manner.
*Return Policy for products from Spain:
Qualification upon Receipt - No returns - Limited Rights to Reimbursement / Replacement
The Customer can only make a claim if the Products delivered do not conform with the type or quantity ordered. The claim must be made in writing to the carrier at the time of delivery. A copy must be sent to "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" (e-mail ) no later than twelve (12) hours after the claim was made. With the claim, the Customer shall supply the carrier´s confirmation of the validity of the Customer´s claim. No returns of Products will be accepted. If the above procedures are respected, and the claim is proven to be valid due to the packaging and the Products being seriously damaged, "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" at their choice will either reimburse the Customer the Price or replace the Products at Tobaccoonline.co.uk expense. If the delivery is not in conformity with the quantity ordered, "Tobaccoonline.co.uk" will reimburse the difference in the price between the Products ordered and those delivered only if those delivered are sold for less than those ordered and paid for. No claim will be accepted with respect to the taste, appearance or freshness of the Products.
*Shipping Time and Shipping Cost for Cigars via Private courier:
- Shipping fee - 19.83 per box of cigars.
Normal shipping time is between 4-15 Days-depends of the product availability.
*Return Policy for Cigars:
We grant a full refund for any cigars which didn't meet your expectations. In such of case only 1-2 cigars may be used, and the rest shall be returned at the address provided by us due the reclamation via regular air mail ( we reimburse any postal fees to the Customer /a copy of postal receipt must be presented ) We grant a partial refund in case if we send incomplete order - for the part of missing cigars.

We are not to be held responsible for any damages that may be inflicted as a direct or indirect result of the use of our products by the customer or any other party. The customer is responsible for issues relating to the delivery or taxation of their order and the laws applied to them. There may be cases in some countries that the international postal regulations and standards do not apply. It is the client's responsibility to check the rules and regulation in his region.
Order Cancellation:
In case you need to cancel your order, you may do so as long as the merchandise has not been shipped and is not in transit (up to 48 hours from ordering). In order to cancel, contact our customer service orders@tobaccoonline.co.uk. You will be asked to provide your order number, your name and shipment address.
